The mugs are made and baked in the soil at high temperatures.
Due to this, there may be tiny bubble bumps or dots protruding on some parts of the mug during the
mass production process. And because the surface is not smooth in these areas, the printing may be

Prints are heat transferred onto the cups and this may result in uneven printing on some areas in

A special heat transfer technique is used to print designs onto matte frosted cup materials.
Due to the translucent nature of the cup surface, designs may appear less clear
if the original colors are not bold or saturated.
The frosted material combined with a colored beverage may further affect the clarity and brightness
of the print.
No white ink printing will be produced.
As the background will be frosted and not white, light-colored printed designs may have low
visibility.
