Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when

- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
- Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Puppy Steps, Frames , Multi-shaped Foamboards, Envelopes, Packaging, Paper Folder, Economy Posters) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category)
- Digital printing, large format, certain digital printing products (e.g Puppy Steps, Stools, Envelopes, Packaging items, Economy Posters etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- If Express Service (Pay on Delivery) is selected for orders comprise of both digital printing and large format items, payment of express service will be charged twice. Large format items are produced and dispatch from a different location.
- Bulky or large sized items cannot be shipped via Post Office delivery. Please use Freight delivery, Quick service or Pick-up at our location.
- Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
- Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
- Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
