Margin bleed in design file is required to ensure that there is no exposed areas on the

Ensure that your design background filled up to the bleed size to prevent this.

[Design With Borders]
Avoid designs with borders or lines at the edges as there is a 1-2mm cutting shift during laser
cutting process. Any lines or borders near the edge may appear uneven or
even cropped off. No refund/return will be made for this matter.

Design File

1. Bleed

3mm gap margin between image and cutline is required.

Ensure to leave an extra 1mm bleed from outline.
* Basic: If there is no bleed included in design file, keyring will be produced as
laminated without any spacing on the edges.

2. How To Create - Layers

Ensure there are 3 separate layers (Cut/CMYK/White) in your design PDF file.
*If design contains wordings, the words may appear reversed on the back.

Ensure there are 4 separate layers (Cut/CMYK1/White/CMYK2) in your design PDF file.
*If design contains wordings, please flip the words only in CMYK2, not the design

3. How To Save

(1) How To Create

Download our Templete and place your artwork design into the CMYK (Print) layer.
For content with fonts, please "Create Outline" in AI (Illustrator) before saving as
PDF. Short Key: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

(2) Save PDF

Click (Save As…) and save the file under Adobe PDF format.

(3) Save PDF

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.

1. Import Image

Please upload your image in either JPG or PNG format.

2. Apply Image

Once image is uploaded and applied, enter the desired size.
Choose either or for the bottom base and position if desired.

3. Preview

Click [Preview] located at the top right to view the 3D display of the print / white layers.
※ 1Design (Front & Back - Same Image) - Any text content will be printed in reverse on the back side.

4. Edit Complete

Please check the Preview before saving and exiting the editor.
Click on Close Editor at bottom right of editor to save changes.

· Kindly remove the thin protective film from acrylic before use.
· A slight shift in white ink base may occur and may be visible on some edges.
· Colors seen on monitor screen (RGB) may differ from actual print output (CMYK).
· Fine lines, scratches and dust particle may be visible and cannot be avoided.
· Tiny red/black spots may be visible from the effects of the production process, which is unavoidable.
· Stay away from sharp objects and products containing alcohol to prevent ink from peeling off.
· 1-2mm print/cut shift may occur during production which is inevitable.
· Each item may differ slightly even if they are of the exact design and size due to variables such as · temperature, humidity etc.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Books etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
- Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
- Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
- For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
