The production time of each of the finishing can be found on our website. Make sure to create these finishing layers, labeled in the correct layer names in the file before submission.
*No printing on Guide layer.

*PDF Layer - When Ordering Embossed Business Card
Please make sure to separate the layers and save as PDFs. Below are methods used for different applications.
*How To Save PDF - Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop
One color-toned line (C, M, Y, K) with a thickness of 0.5pt and above is required for the below finishings.
Vector lines are required for creasing, laser-cutting, cutting, perforating, and kiss-cut created in Illustrator. Cutlines or layers cannot be visible in our systems if the file is created in Photoshop.
(Only Mini Banners/Stickers/Button Badges/ Label Tags - JPG, PNG or PDF files can be uploaded for order submission)
*Customers can add custom text or images using our Easy Editor.
Our printing output is based on the PDF provided (created in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign). Working your designs in these applications will help ensure high print quality. Designs created in MS office (Word / Powerpoint) are not recommended as the fonts may appear broken or images may be distorted in the final print output.
1. Adobe Illustrator Required For Below Items:
- Scodix Postcards/Namecards, Laser-cutting Cards/Namecards, Door Hangers, Free Shape Stickers, Store Stickers, Wristbands and items with White Printing and Free shape cutting.
2. Download Template & Work Design in Photoshop (Export As PDF)
- Stickers (Round/Oval/Rectangle/Rounded Corners)
- Buttons (Pin/Magnet/Mirror/Bottle Opener)
*Once the template is downloaded, use the guidelines to work on your design in Illustrator. Before saving file, delete the guidelines and save as PDF.
3. Precautions When Saving PDF
-Spot Color (Deletion)
All print files will be auto-converted to CMYK mode.
Spot colors saved in Swatch should be deleted before saving as PDF.

Go to Window > Swatches > Delete Swatch Selection
