Note
Small Stickers (5mm & above)
Cutlines within a small 10x10 stickers, may not be cut properly, as it is too small.
Thin / Narrow Shapes
Gaps between thin/narrow lines must be at least 2mm and above
2mm Gap Spacing
Cutlines and artworks have to be 2mm away from one another.
Peeling Off Background
Gently hold onto to the individual stickers when peeling off the sticker sheet background. This will prevent any tearing or damages.
Multiple Sticker Sheets
Multiple sticker sheets in one big sheet cannot be produced. Please order per sheet design size.
Minimum Size (Inner Part)
5x5 (mm) & above
5x5mm and below cutline cannot be produced.
We recommend to avoid sharp edges or complicated jagged cutlines.
(If Deluxe Matte Adhesive is selected, above 20x20mm can be produced only)
Path line counts
Additional cost may be incurred for cutting line length (total) of 2mm (2000mm) based on an A5 sheet.
How to check length of path line
*Offset (Thomson) vs Digital Printing
Offset : Simple shaped cutlines can be produced with this technique in bulk orders.
The desired shape is initially created into a mold before cutting, similar to a cookie cutter.
Offset printing is able to print in large quantities at a fast speed rate at a low affordable price.
As many various designs and large quantities are placed in a large plate, some color difference may occur and the quantity produced may be 5-10% lesser than the required quantity. We recommend to order more than the required quantity for best results.
Digital : For complicated or size of below 0.5-2 cm stickers, digital printing technique would be ideal.
Take note that there will be 0.5-1mm margin error which is inevitable.
*Gap Margin: 3mm and above
This will prevent any overlay of cutlines and peeling off each individual stickers will be easy.
*Place all stickers within 3mm margin inwards from sheet size.
E.g.) For a 150x100mm Sticker Sheet:
*Working / PDF Size (PDF) = 154x104mm
Create the stickers in sheet, 5mm inwards (144X94mm) from the total artboard size (working size).
*3mm margin gap is required between the stickers and the sheet size.
1. When coated sticker is attached onto laptops or heated devices, some parts of the stickers may be affected due to temperature, humidity etc.
2. Matte Coating: No shine with a calming shielded effect. May look somewhat translucent.
Glossy Coating: Bright and shiny effect. Minor scratches may be visible.
Below 40x40(mm):
-If Bundle cutting is selected, number of stickers to be added to one sheet can be selected. (e.g. 2x1, 1x1 etc)
- If Individual cutting is selected, each sticker will come in a 40x40mm sticker sheet backing with the small sticker in the middle (above image).
Above 40x40(mm):
-If Bundle cutting is selected, number of stickers to be added to one sheet can be selected. (e.g. 2x1, 1x1 etc)
-If Individual cutting is selected, there will be a 3-4mm margin spacing on all sides.

Bundle Cutting
If Bundle cutting is selected, number of stickers to be added to one sheet can be selected.
Individual Cutting
A thin white border will be visible at the edges as shown above.
Punch Hole
Add a hole punching cutline and label layer as “Punching” in design file. (Size: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7mm available)

Note that 1-2mm print/cut shift may occur during production. There may also be slight color difference in actual output as compared to the monitor screen.
