※ Notice

1. Using the same design file, printing white on different colored papers such as Gold PET or Silver PET may produce different results.

2. The white printing finishing option works as a base to make color printing more vivid and vibrant, when printed on colored papers.

In a case where you are only printing in white on colored paper, the paper base color may be slightly visible. To achieve 100% white color effect will not be possible, as the white will not appear as clear as white.
(≠ UV White Printing on top of the Airpod Case, Vinyl Records is another durable method.)

Stickers are cut from the sheet using an auto cutting machine. Simple die lines work best
Avoid designing your stickers with sharp edges when possible as the cutting machine my be unable to make an exact cut
Smooth and simple die lines are going to gain you the best result. Please read through the Design Info tab for setup instructions before submitting your order

Small Fonts / Scodix Without Print Data1

Scodix creates a raised, clear glossy finish on the applied area. The minimum thickness of a Scodix area is 1mm.
If it is below 1mm or if the gap between each Scodix area is below 1mm, chances of Scodix ink clumping may occur.

[Design Tip]
- Make sure to have a margin gap of 0.5mm or more between each Scodix area.
- For Scodix areas that are more than 5-10mm, effect may appear uneven, therefore please reduce size area.
- For Scodix text effect without any color printing: Fonts that are too small cannot be produced as the Scodix liquid may clump together and will not be clear.
  We recommend to add Scodix effect onto logos or to highlight certain content in your artwork.

Data Production & Ordering

Be sure to create an outline for all fonts in your artwork.

Name each layer according to the finish name and export the PDF file with 'Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers' checked.

Free Shape - Cutting line with a rounded edge of 3mm radus or more would give a sleek and smooth cut for your stickers.
Please allow a 5mm gap between cutting lines.
Adhesion may vary by sticker material.
To ensure satisfaction, test with a small order before buying in bulk.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.

- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
- Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.

- Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
