    Basic White Layer Before Color Printing

    - white printing data not required for this item.
    - upload file in JPG/PNG format.
    - white printing will be applied on printing data's area before color printing.
    - there might be additional charges for printing over 70% of the label's surface. (₩ 100/ 1%)

    Precautions

    *White Color Shift
    -There might be 0.3mm shift between white and color printing when automatic white printing is selected.
    -Please ensure to create your white data slightly smaller than color data and save in PDF file (launching soon) to avoid color shift.

    * Fine scratches may be visible on both front/back of vinyl record during production. This is inevitable.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Books etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
    - Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
    - Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
    - For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
    - [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
