    White Printing

    Printing - Glass Color printing is produced on a transparent glass surface before the
    black bumper is attached to the case.
    Designs with transparent backgrounds may reflect the black bumper material. To prevent this, a layer of white printing will be applied to transparent areas.

    Color Printing

    Color Printing Color shown in file data and printed output colors may vary. Furthermore, as each piece is produced individually, colors of each piece may differ even if it is the same design file. This is inevitable and no refund or return will be made for this matter.

    Print Shift

    Print Shift There may be a print shift of 1-2mm during production which is inevitable. This may apply to centralized logos, check patterns or long lines. Do take note of this before working on your design.

    Thin Lines

    Thin Lines Designs with thin lines (less than 0.5mm) may not be printed or express well on the actual output. Please ensure all lines or fonts have a thickness of more than 0.5mm.

    Gradation Color

    Gradation Color Printing may not be express well or may not even be printed on areas of color gradation.
    No refund or return will be made for this matter.

    Protective Film

    Protective Film A thin protective film is attached to the back of the case to prevent scratches. Please remove before use.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    - Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, A1 Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin, Textbook/Document/More, Economical Books etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
    - Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
    - Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
    - For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
    - [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
