Note

Designs with Border (Film Area)

Based on the nature of the material and production process, the hot press may cause uneven shrinkage and some border areas may look uneven.
Do note that no refund/returns can be made for this matter.

Small Or Complicated Film Cutting

Our minimum size for the each film cut is at 10mm. If it is too small or too complicated to cut, the design cannot be produced.
Make sure to have a thickness of over 10mm with a gap distance of 5mm away from each cutline.
No refund/returns can be made if the final output is dissatisfactory.

Full Size & Shape

Hot pressing during production may cause fabric to shrink in certain areas resulting in a slightly uneven shape. This is inevitable.
Actual size may differ by 5-15mm.
* Dust from the static electricity may cause white spots to appear during production. Please note that this is not a defect and cannot be refunded or returned.

Minor Stains

The Hologram and Glitter Hologram Films are very thin. With the use of the heat transfer sheets during the process, the heat may leave slight marks or stains on the film.

Data Production & Ordering

1. How To Create

Make sure to have 2 separate layers: Printing (artwork) and Cutting (cutline)
To outline text: Go to Type > Create Outline. Shortkey Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

2. Create Cutline (Film)

Add a separate layer for Cutting
Fill cutline color as M=100% (magenta) / 0.5pt stroke

3. Save PDF

Click (Save As…) and save the file under Adobe PDF format.

4. Save PDF

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.

1. Upload Image

Import images in JPG/PNG or PDF format. Images can be applied to the white areas.

2. Apply Image

Click on uploaded image to apply. (Drag corners to scale and reposition)

3. Add Film > How To Apply

Click on the desired image or text to apply Film, by clicking on Add Film at top panel.
Do note that only front design can be applied and only applied once.

4. Text > Border Outline

To create a border on the outline of the text, click on Border Outline at the top panel to set the thickness and color as desired.

5. Edit Complete

Click on Preview before exiting to save changes.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
ex) Large Format Items: [CJ Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5-1.6m, shipping fees will be 15,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.

- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
- Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
- Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
- Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.

Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. Please take into consideration that this product is not produced with regular sticker function when placing order. ※ If coating finishing is not selected for printing on a transparent PET, some part of the image might be scratched off due to friction that occur during printing on PET film.
