Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose (Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable) ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. Please take into consideration that this product is not produced with regular sticker function when placing order.

Cutting + Back Print Shift

As each sticker will be individually cut, there will be a 1-2mm print/cut shift during production.
Also take note that the back image may not be in line with the front image, a shift of 1-5mm may occur.

Saving PDF

Create cut line using pen tool via path in Magenta 100% (M) using vector line (stroke).
Ensure to save print and cut line in a separate layer.

Refer to the picture when setting the stroke.
A different setting may result in a print error.

Remove extra points on the cut line
Object > Path > Simplify

❶ Select [Press Quality]
❷ Select Acrobat PDF 1.5 and above.
❸ Select Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers.

Data Production & Ordering

1. Font Outline

Be sure to create an outline for all fonts in your artwork.
Short Cut Key: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

2. Save Print Layer

Name each layer according to the finish name and export the PDF file with 'Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers' checked.
(Create cut line layer on top of the print layer)

3. Cut Line

Create a new layer and named it "Kiss Cut"
Do not create cut line on the print layer.

4. Kiss Cut Line Layer

Create cut line using pen tool
Cut line needs to be created via path in Magenta 100% (M) using vector line (stroke).

5. Back Paper - New Artboard

Create back print data on a new artboard
Artboard 1- Sticker Printing; Artboard 2- Back Printing

6. Save PDF

Save the file in PDF format.

7. PDF Press Quality

Select 'Acrobat PDF 1.5 and above'.
Select 'Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers'.

Please upload your desired image either in JPG/PNG or PDF Upload buttons located at the the bottom left of the Editor.

2. Apply Image

Click on the uploaded image on left panel to apply image to the product.
To scale or reposition image: Drag on any corner of the image to resize or move image
Editing Functions (top panel): Arrange/Align, Flip, Sort, Rotate

3. Save & Close

Once applied image has been adjusted to your preference,
click Save & Close at the top right corner to save changes and exit editor.
