The back area is sewn manually and may cause a wide shift during production.
Therefore, only color can be added to the back design. No text or images can be added.
The actual printed color output on product material (cotton) may differ slightly from the submitted design file seen on the monitor.
Depending on the yarn count of the cotton (10 or 20), it may appear slight transparent and will not be fully opaque.
Passage of light may pass through. (Fabric Posters, Tablewares, Tote Bags, Pouches, Pencil Cases, etc)
Any white colored prints in design file will not be printed.
Please take note of this as there will be no refunds/returns for this matter.
If design has dark colored backgrounds, small fonts (below 8mm) and thin lines may be hard to see.
Please take note of this when working on design.
As the item is of fabric material, some areas with dust and specks of fibers printed on (0.1-0.2mm) may fall off,
since the ink is applied on. This is inevitable. If the color of the design is of darker tones, the ink printed may not be
fully visible and may result in some banding lines. With the above stated, we will nonetheless, do our best
to produce prints to be as even as possible.
The thicker the margin provided, more of the design image can be seen from the front.
If there is too much cotton stuffing or if the border margin is not enough, the front image may look cropped and may appear on the sides.
* Length 25 and below: Bleed Margin 3mm (border)
* Length 25 and above: Bleed Margin 5mm (border)
250g of cotton will be inserted for a 25x25cm size, similar to a plush toy. Some parts may appear clumpy.
No refunds/returns can be made for this matter. Additional cotton inserts can be purchased separately.
As each cushion is produced one by one, there may be slight difference in shape and stitchings.
We recommend to order 1pc before making a bulk order.
100% White Cotton
Made of 100% cotton (20 count)
Less likely to attract dust and airy texture. Suitable for poster and tableware uses.
Cotton Stuffing (Optional)
You can opt to include the inner stuffing (cotton) which will be charged by gram. If it is not selected, only the printed cover will be delivered. Front cover: Custom image (JPG/PNG) / Back cover: Color selection only.

Custom Label
With the custom label (est. 15x25mm) printed, it will be sewn onto the fabric. Do take note that there may be some loose ends.

Cotton Stuffing Position of zipper can be seen from the built-in Editor. Unzip the zipper and insert the cotton stuffing to fill the cushion. The cotton stuffing will be inserted into cushion by gram (g). If it is not selected, only the cushion cover will be delivered. (* Zipper is mandatory. Length of zipper is approximately 10-15cm)

Precautions Before Washing
1. Gentle detergent is recommend for delicate fabrics.(Cushion Cover only) No bleaching is allowed.
2. Wash separately from colored clothings to prevent stains.
3. Do not soak, rub or twist in water for more than 10 mins.
4. Washing may result in some shrinkage and fading may occur. This is not a defect.
5. Fabric may feel stiff when it is new. It will get softer over time after gently washing in lukewarm water.
6. As the cotton inserts is of a plush toy, please do not wash in a washing machine. Dry clean is recommended.
