Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. How To Use

What is Back Printing?

This means that printing is done on the back of the transparent phone strap.

For back printing, you will have to reverse the order of the "texts" on the back design (Printing 2 layer)
for the printed output to be readable. There is no need to reverse texts in designs for files with just
the front design (Printing 1 layer only).

Note When Ordering

Designs on the front and backside might be slightly visible on either side as white printing does not provide full opacity.

There could be a 0.3mm printing shift on the white printing area during production.

- Card case (only side card case type is compatible)
- Cases with cameria aperture of 13mm or less
- Cases that can separate upwards or downwards
- Bumper cases with no rear and only frames
- Broken or stretched old cases

Front: The printed image (front design) will be clear and vivid.
Back: It will appear as white.

Front: The printed image (front design) will appear translucent. Back: Parts of the printed front design will be visible (and vice versa) due to the translucency.
※For pastel-toned designs without white printing, the print may appear transparent and the image may not be visible.

You can choose to have White Printing only in some desired areas of your artwork, as it increases visibility to your design. If you do not wish to have the back design appear as white, please insert "Printing 2" layer with a design and save the file.

Data Production & Ordering

1. Create Front Design

Download our template (AI format) on the order page, located above the Editor button to work on your front design.
Label the front design layer as "Printing 1" for double-sided printing.

2. Create White Printing

Select White Printing layer,
and fill the desired areas with K=100% (black) for white printing.

3. Create Back Design

Select Printing 2 layer to work on your back design. If there is text in your design, please reflect the text image so that it can be readable in actual output.
(For double-sided printing, design file needs to include a "Printing 2" layer for back design)

4. Reflect Effect On Text

For back design with text, right-click on the text image and
go to Transform > Reflect

5. Reflect Effect On Text

Transform > Reflect > Choose Vertical

6. Save PDF

Click (Save As…) and save the file under Adobe PDF format.

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.

Click on Import Image to upload your photo.
JPG/PNG format accepted only.

2. Apply Image

Not more than one image can be applied to either the front or back sides. Double-sided printing is available.
(For PNG files with transparent background, white printing will not be applied to transparent areas)

3. Set Background Color

If a background color is selected, it will appear translucent in actual output.
But if white is selected, the background will appear as transparent.

4. Choose Desired Color

If your desired color is not shown on this palette,
click on + button to select your desired color.

5. Edit Complete

Click on Close or Complete located at the top right of the editor to complete
and finalise your design.

White Printing option is available for selection.
There could be a slight shift of 1-2mm in printing during production as they are individually produced.
There may be color difference during production, even for items made during the same time.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when

- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
