PRODUCTION PROCESS

・No CMYK Printing on foil areas. A final thin foil will be hot stamped onto card.
・It involves the use of heat, pressure and metal foils to create shining metal like
    designs, texts, and graphics.
・Choose from 12 different Foil colors.
・Calculated based on Foil Area size. (Additional fees may apply)

FINISHINGS

For pages that fold inwards, make inward-facing pages 2–3 mm smaller to ensure smooth folding without creases.

・Ensure to separate printing layer and Foil layer/s in AI before saving as PDF.
・Print might appear distorted for texts, logos or lines position at the edges.
・Visible scratches may occur for Hologram Foil.
・Black stamp might appear slightly smudged and not as smooth as other foils, especially when hot stamped on Kraft paper.
・Embossing (raised) on small or thin fonts are not recommended and should be avoided.
・Ensure to use vector file (AI or InDesign) to generate pristine prints.

BI-FOLD / TRI-FOLD LEAFLETS

Size Fixed Sizes / Custom Size (Min: 182x257 / Max: 594x841)

There may be a print/cut shift of 1-2mm during production. Colors in design file seen on monitor screen may differ from actual print output.
Offset printing is able to print in large quantities at a fast speed rate at a low affordable price.
As many various designs and large quantities are placed in a large plate, some color difference may occur and the quantity produced may be 5-10% lesser than the required quantity. We recommend to order more than the required quantity for best results.
* Offset items cannot be shipped together with Digital Printing items, due to the bulky size and quanitty.
* For Self-Collection/Pick Up: We recommend to use a vehicle where a cargo pallet can be loaded onto.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
- Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
- Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
- For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
