Hot Melt & Cut (DTF)

This method involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring (heat press) it onto clothing.

The heat pressed colour will appear the same as print sheet regardless of the fabric colour as it is printed onto a film instead of directly onto fabric.

· Pros : Offers high quality prints with wider ranges of colours, excellent for sharpness and detailing. Durable and washable.

· Cons : White and colour ink are printed on top of each other, so gradient and transparent designs cannot be created during printing.

1. Gradation / Opacity X

Thin and small particles may fall off during the production method. Gradient and transparent effects will not be expressed well.

· Thin lines: The line thickness needs to be at least 3mm. If the lines are too thin, it may not transfer well to the fabric.

· Small lettering : Thin fonts, letters, numbers, shapes, lines and small objects less than 5mm cannot be produced.

2. Thin Lines / Objects

Please make your designs 3mm(9pt) or thicker.

Designs with small words and thin lines needs to have a background in order
for the design to be printed without cracks in between.

2-1. Minimum Cut Size : 5mm

If your design has individually cutout shapes of alphabets, numbers or other
shapes, do make sure that the size is more than 5mm.

3. Background Print

[Design w/o Background] If you want to print your design without a background,
please upload a PDF or PNG file without background data.

[Design w/ Background] Please note that even if the background of your design
is the same colour as the fabric, there can still be a difference in colour tone.

Silkscreen

Cost-effective, durable and high quality. Silkscreen printing bonds well to fabric and design stays vibrant for a long time.

• Pros : Price per unit cost is low and affordable, great for bulk printing while maintaining high print quality.

• Cons : Single-color print only / high cost for low volume prints due to a minimum costing for production.

Wash separately from other clothing to prevent any form of bleaching or stain due to interaction with

water, sweat and friction.

Each item is treated after sewing and this may cause slight distortion or wrinkles to the material.

For Hats, there is a standard limit of formaldehyde agent during processing for shaping and adhesive

purposes. Do note that this is safe to wear but do keep away from storing with sensitive items such as

undergarments.

As this item contains small amounts of formaldehyde (prevent mildew & minimize wrinkles), keep away

from storing with undergarments.

Recommended to store together with accessories such as hats and bags to prevent color discoloration.
