Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose (Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable) ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. Please take into consideration that this product is not produced with regular sticker function when placing order.

Cutting / Working Size

01. Cutting Size
: This is the trim line where the artwork will be cut/cropped off.

02. Safety Area - 3mm Margin (inward)
: All content in here will not be cropped off. Do ensure that all important content are kept within this area.

03. Working Size - 2mm Margin (outward)
: This is the bleed area whereby this portion will be trimmed away. Make sure that you fill this area with artwork background so that there will no visible white edges in final output, as there is usually a shift of 1-2mm in printing/cutting during production. All files are required to be submitted in the working size.

Cutting Margin / Bleed

As there is usually a shift of 1-2mm in printing/cutting during production, do make sure to FILL that image all the way to the edge of the working size.
(Working size = cutting size + 2mm margin bleed on all sides)

Image Resolution

For best printing results, we recommend to upload images with resolution of above 300dpi. If your image is of low-resolution,
you can sharpen images by increasing dpi but this will not vastly improve the sharpness, or you can print your desired image (low-res) as it is.

Small Fonts / Scodix Without Print Data

Scodix creates a raised, clear glossy finish on the applied area. The minimum thickness of a Scodix area is 1mm.
If it is below 1mm or if the gap between each Scodix area is below 1mm, chances of Scodix ink clumping may occur.

[Design Tip]
- Make sure to have a margin gap of 0.5mm or more between each Scodix area.
- For Scodix areas that are more than 5-10mm, effect may appear uneven, therefore please reduce size area.
- For Scodix text effect without any color printing: Fonts that are too small cannot be produced as the Scodix liquid may clump together and will not be clear.
We recommend to add Scodix effect onto logos or to highlight certain content in your artwork.

Express With Different Textures

Scodix (transparent) Ink will be applied onto the desired areas of the smooth paper surface to create a 3D glossy shine effect. To create this, please ensure to fill the Scodix areas to CMYK Black (K=100%) in a separate layer in design file.
Areas With Crease / Cut Line

Scodix finishing on creasing or cutting line areas cannot be produced. 1-2mm gap margin is required (away from crease/cut lines).

Data Production & Ordering

1. Font Outline

Be sure to create an outline for all fonts in your artwork.
Short Cut Key : Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

2. Set Layer Name

Place Printing layer right at the bottom of the panel. The Scodix layer should be above the Printing layer as shown in pic below.
Name the layer as "Scodix".

3. Fill Color

Please fill Scodix area with the color BLACK (K=100%) in the Scodix layer.

Click (Save As…) and save the file under Adobe PDF format.

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.
