Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when

- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Basic Shipping: 3,500won | Large Format Items: Basic Fr 4,500won (additional charges may incur depending on size, weight, volume and bulkiness)
  ex) Large Format Items: [CJ Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5m, shipping fees will be 16,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.
- Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Tumbler, Photo Tiles) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category), Custom Wall Clock(over 50,000 won for same product category), Flexible Pouches(Free Shipping), Tumbler (over 50,000 won for same product category), Napkin(Free Shipping)
- Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
- Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
- Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
- Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
