Data Production & Ordering

Please upload your desired image either in JPG/PNG or PDF Upload buttons located at the the bottom left of the Editor.

Click on the uploaded image on left panel to apply image to the product. To scale or reposition image: Drag on any corner of the image to resize or move image Editing Functions (top panel): Arrange/Align, Flip, Sort, Rotate

Once you have edited your front image, select [Scodix] at left panel to choose your desired pattern. *Scodix designs can only be selected for the FRONT side only.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Base Shipping: 3,500won | Large Format Items: Fr 4,500won (additional charges may incur depending on size, weight, volume and bulkiness)
  ex) Large Format Items: [Freight Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5m, shipping fees will be 16,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.
- Entitled to Free Shipping : Digital Prints (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Multi-shape Foambard, Stools, Pet Stairs, Economy Posters, Posters & Flyers, Air Holder, Envelopes, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Packaging, Custom Wall Clock, Tumbler, Ring Binders & Binder Paper, Photo Tiles, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Big Number Calendars, Frames)ㅣLarge Format (over 100,000 won for same product category)ㅣFlexible Pouches (Free Shipping)ㅣNapkin (Free Shipping)
- Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
- Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
- Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
- For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
