    NOTE

    Cutting / Working Size

    All designs must be uploaded in working size. E.g. 54x86mm. Please refer to the below.

    Cutting Size
    This is the trim line where the artwork will be cut/cropped off.

    Safety Area - 3mm Margin (inward)
    All content within the safety area will not be cropped off.
    Do ensure that all important content are kept within this area to prevent any cutting errors.

    Working Size - 2mm Margin (outward)
    This is the bleed area whereby this portion will be trimmed away. Make sure that you fill this area with artwork background
    so that there will no visible white edges in final output, as there is usually a shift of 1-2mm in printing/cutting during production.
    All files are required to be submitted in the working size.

    As there is usually a shift of 1-2mm in printing/cutting during production, do make sure to FILL that image all the way to the edge of the working size.
    (Working size = cutting size + 2mm margin bleed on all sides)

    For best printing results, we recommend to upload images with resolution of above 300dpi. If your image is of low-resolution,
    you can sharpen images by increasing dpi but this will not vastly improve the sharpness, or you can print your desired image (low-res) as it is.

    [Minor Scratches & Dust]
    Slight scratches may occur during production and may be visible at certain angles. Specks of dust may also enter during coating.

    [Glossy Coating]
    More scratches may be visible on a glossy-coated, dark-colored card than on a matte-coated, light-colored card. Friction between cards and hand rubbing on cards when used, may also cause more scratches to appear.

    Data Production & Ordering

    Place your artwork design into the Printing layer and adjust accordingly to our guidelines.
    For content with fonts, please "Create Outline" in AI (Illustrator) before saving as PDF. Short Key: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

    Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    - Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
    - Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
    - Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
    - Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
