Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. Please take into consideration that this product is not produced with regular sticker function when placing order. ※ If coating finishing is not selected for printing on a transparent PET, some part of the image might be scratched off due to friction that occur during printing on PET film.

Product Features

12 Different Shapes

Produced in various shapes and sizes with a thickness of 3mm. Printable Area : The artwork design will be printed 1.5-2mm inwards from the outer edge of the acrylic coaster.
Ordering via Editor/PDF Upload

Editor: Printing of desired image will be backprinted, followed by a layer of white ink print for a vivid look.
PDF: You can either choose to have white printing auto-generated by RED, or create your own white printing layer in your design file.
Remove Protective Film

A layer of protective film is attached to both sides of the acrylic coasters for optimum protection.
(no pattern is printed on the film)

Data Production & Ordering

Place your artwork design into the Printing layer and adjust accordingly to our guidelines.
For content with fonts, please "Create Outline" in AI (Illustrator) before saving as PDF. Short Key: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

Scale/Position image by using click and drag motion on either 4 corners of the image.

1. Item is produced based on the selected specifications (size, thickness, color etc) of the order.
No refunds/cancellations/exchanges can be made if there is a change of mind.
2. Comes attached with a layer of protective film. Please remove before use.
3. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Fine scratches may be visible.
4. Do note that there could be a printing/cutting shift of 2-3mm during production.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when

- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

- Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
ex) Large Format Items: [CJ Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5-1.6m, shipping fees will be 15,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.
- Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Tumbler, Photo Tiles) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category), Custom Wall Clock(over 50,000 won for same product category), Flexible Pouches(Free Shipping), Tumbler (over 50,000 won for same product category), Napkin(Free Shipping)
- Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
- Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
- Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
- Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
