    The degree of engraving may differ as shown above. There could be instances where some part of the design may be more engraved than other part of design.
    This is not a defect and cannot be refunded or returned for this matter.

    File Data vs Actual Output1

    Ensure that the data file is filled in K=100% (Solid Black). If the colors in files are not solid black and in other colors,
    the actual engraving print may result in unwanted scratches or broken design.
    Please avoid thin fonts (below 4pt) and lines (below 0.25pt) in design, as they will not be well expressed in the actual output.
    No refunds/returns can be made for this matter.

    Chain attached may become twisted during shipment. Kindly untwist the chain carefully before use.

      These are made from smooth stainless steel which are safe for skin (hypoallergenic), do not rust or decolorize. Custom engravings can be made both sides (single or double-sided print).

    Actual output of engraving may differ from file on monitor screen.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    - Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
      ex) Large Format Items: [CJ Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5-1.6m, shipping fees will be 15,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.
    - Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Tumbler, Photo Tiles) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category), Custom Wall Clock(over 50,000 won for same product category), Flexible Pouches(Free Shipping), Tumbler (over 50,000 won for same product category), Napkin(Free Shipping)
    - Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
    - Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
    - Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
    - Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
