NOTE

Design With Borders

If there is an artwork border in the design, the actual print of the border may appear slanted or uneven.
The edges are stitched during production and this may result in slight shift in design, which is inevitable.

Back Stain From Print Ink

There may be occurrences whereby printed ink may seep through and slight stains may be
visible on the back side of the towel. No refund/return can be made for this matter as this is inevitable.

Print On Material

Designs with alot of wordings may look smudged or faded at some areas.
Do note that this is inevitable as the material is microfiber. And ink printed on these areas may differ in level of absorption.

Wool Fibers

More wool fibres may appear overtime and when in use. This usually occur when there is rubbing friction.
No refund/return will be made for this matter even if the product is unused and new.

Data Production & Ordering

1. How To Create

Place your artwork design into the Printing layer and adjust accordingly to our guidelines.
For content with fonts, please "Create Outline" in AI (Illustrator) before saving as PDF. Short Key: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

2. Save PDF

Click (Save As…) and save the file under Adobe PDF format.

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.

1. Import Image

To upload your image, click Import Image located at the bottom left of the editor.
(JPG/PNG file formats only)

2. Apply Image

Click on the imported image located at the left panel to apply.
Scale/Position image by using click and drag motion on either 4 corners of the image.

3. Edit Complete

Please check the Preview before saving and exiting the editor.
Click on Edit Complete at top right of editor to save changes.

Precautions Before Washing
1. Gentle detergent is recommend for delicate fabrics. No bleaching is allowed.
2. Wash separately from colored clothing to prevent stains.
3. Do not soak, rub or twist in water for more than 10 mins.
4. Washing may cause shrinkage on the microfiber material.
5. Actual size and print/cut/stitching shift may occur for each individual piece.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Books etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
- Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
- If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
- Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

Delivery Details

- Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
- Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
- Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
- For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
- Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
