We offer white printing service as an additional finishing option. Please refer to the below explanations and examples:
1When printing on paper which is not black in color such as kraft paper, a layer of white color will be printed on color printing area in order to display a sharp and vivid colored or white image.
2When printing on transparent paper, a layer of white color will be printed on color printing area in order to display a sharp and vivid colored or white image.
White printing is done twice in white ink and then color is added over the top layer. There is a slight shift between CMYK and white color sequentially on white/colored paper. Due to the nature of transparent material, there could be shrinkage when printed each time
White printing will be printed beneath the printing layer.
*White printing layer is required
*Color Printing on colored paper such as black paper or Kraft paper may not be expressed well.
*White Ink Printing is required to act as a white base on printed areas.
Color printing on colored paper may result in a different color tone instead of color printing on white base paper.
- E.g. Grey ink print on black paper may not be express well.
White ink print base is recommended before printing color to express the color better.
- E.g. Do note that if white is to be expressed only, white ink print on black paper may result in a greyish tone instead of white.
The intensity of the white ink printing may differ per print.
Order a sample size quantity before a bulk order is highly recommended.
