Avoid uncoated and uneven surfaces as the UV stickers may not attach well.
Do note that once you attach onto the surface, it CANNOT be removed for re-attachment.

Clean surface of any dust or dirt before attachment to prevent tiny air bubbles
from occurring.

Once sticker is attached, press down and slowly remove the top layer transparent film
to avoid tear or cracks.

세척 안내

These UV stickers can withstand light water splashes but do not scrub. They are NOT completely waterproof.
It is advisable to avoid prolong exposure to water or any immersion in liquids.
*Wait for 3-4 days after attachment before light washing.
*You can place in dishwashers but do not use it frequently.
*Long heated treatments such as hot water washing or microwaving may damage stickers.

Static electricity occurring during production (printing & thermal coating), may attract fine dust and create tiny bubbles.
This is not a defect and no refund/return can be made for this matter,

The white ink print base will be printed before the artwork color printing. There may be a 1-2mm shift in ink print which may result in slight whitish edges on some parts of artwork.
Avoid any gradation colors or translucent colors in design. Ensure any wordings are above 10pt in font size.

Data Production & Ordering

서체는 문자(Type) - 윤곽선 만들기(Create Outline)를 이용해 반드시 윤곽선으로 만들어줍니다. [단축키 Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O]

다른 이름으로 저장하기(Save As…)를 누르고 Adobe PDF 형식으로 저장합니다.

Import images in JPG/PNG or PDF format.
Images can be applied to the blue areas.

Scale/Position image by using click and drag motion on either 4 corners of the image.

A 1-2 print/cut shift may occur during production.
Color shown in design file on monitor screen may differ from actual print output.

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Delivery Details

· Orders will be produced and shipped after payment is completed.
· Delivery Timeline (est): 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
· For Express delivery, please select either QUICK [By Customer] or DVER Quick [Prepaid - In-House].
· QUICK is only available within Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
· Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
· Self-Pick Up & QUICK: SMS notifications will be separated with large-format items & other product categories.
· Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do, rural islands or mountainous areas.
· Some large format items will be shipped via Logen Courier.
