NOTE
Basic: Standard method of printing with the front of the acrylic surface being printed with the
design.
Laminated: Due to the extra layer of acrylic, protects the print layer from scratches and prevent
color fading.
[Accessory Size]
The attachment area has a size of 7x20mm. Please ensure that your design is bigger than
that.
[Transparent Border]
At least 2mm and above is required for the transparent border area.
[No Border]
Please ensure that the cutline is inwards by 1mm from the edge of the design background.
Smooth and simple cutlines such as the above
will be ideal as an accessory for pens, to prevent any hinderances when writing.
Some parts of the glue may be visible on the back of the accessory. This is inevitable.

Ensure to select Press Quality / Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) or above and
Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers before saving a PDF file.
Acrylic Jelly Pens
· Slight visible white ink edges may be seen along the artwork print due to print shift during
production.
· Differences in color seen on monitor (RGB) or mobile screen may differ from actual print output.
· Fine dust particles, minor lines and scratches may occur during production.
· Tiny red/black spots (less than 0.5mm) and irregularities may occur on the acrylic material.
· Keep away from sharp objects and alcohol containing chemicals to prevent peel-offs.
· 1mm print/cut shift may occur during production, this is inevitable.
· Each piece is produced individually, therefore even same design/color may differ slightly for each
unit.
