Paper	Paper Option Korean made (NATURA) PET FILM provides outstanding resolution and vivid color reproduction on the printing (With excellent saturation, high durability and long-lasting color preservation) We use Japan’s Yupo original paper which has be processed with block-out purpose (Paper imported from Japan’s Yupo which is slightly cream in color and highly durable) ※ Tear off pamphlet sticker is different from regular removable sticker. It can be easily adhered to smooth surfaces due to its micro-stenosis feature, however, it is not ideal to be adhered on surfaces which is not smooth. Please take into consideration that this product is not produced with regular sticker function when placing order.

Perforating	Rows : Sewing 미싱 - Vertical or horizontal crease lines can be produced. - 5mm gap spacing is required if there is more than 1 line. - Indicate line in the color of C:100 (1pt stroke). - Ensure the perforated line indicated is not broken or too short. *Additional charges will incur for each perforated line. (Fees: from 10,000~50,000 won / each line: 5,000 won)

Cutting size and working size

Cut size is the size of the final print

Cutting errors can cut important data,
so important information or text should work within the safe area

2mm outside

When cutting after printing, the cutting error always occurs
Uncut areas may be visible when trimming errors occur, so trimming allowance is required
The working size is defined as the document size,
including the amount of cutting margin required by the final production.
All data must be received in working size

Goods exchange and return is applicable when:

- Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.
