    Tiny Bubbles & Dust

    - Overexposure to sun may result in yellowing of the epoxy resin.
    - Tiny bubbles or dust may enter the dome shape while injecting the fluid. This is inevitable and cannot be refunded or returned.

    - Stickers are cut out and pasted on a large white vinyl sheet.
    - Packed in a poly bag as shown above before shipping.

    Cutting options above are available either in bundle cutting or individual cutting (additional charges).

    If the edges have a width of less than 5mm, the epoxy resin liquid cannot be pump in properly into these corners.
    Kindly make sure that all the edges are rounded and are of more than 5mm width spacing. (Additional charges may be incurred.)

    Please avoid cutlines with sharp corners or narrow angles, as the epoxy resin cannot be filled into these areas properly.

    Multiple Stickers1

    Minimum size per sticker is 10x10mm. A gap of 3mm margin is required between each sticker on a sheet.

      The epoxy resin (transparent fluid) is injected into the stickers to create a 3D dome effect.

      White Synthetic Paper or Glossy Silver PET are available.
      If Silver paper is selected, color printing may not be vivid without white print layer. Please add white layer in design file for PDF submission.

    EPOXY STICKERS (FREE SHAPE)

    *Free Shape : Avoid sharp corners or edges
    *Stickers will be cut out and pasted on a large white backing paper.
    *Remove protective film on front of epoxy sticker before use.
    *If Glossy Silver PET is selected, please add the white layer and upload as PDF.
    *Adhesion may vary by sticker material.
    To ensure satisfaction, test with a small order before buying in bulk.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Books etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be charged doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - If order items are too bulky or heavy, delivery will be changed from Parcel [Prepaid] to Freight Delivery (+ additional shipping fees)
    - Depending on the number of mounts that is ordered, additional shipping fees may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply for rural areas.(Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do & rural islands or mountainous areas)
    - Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
    - For express delivery, please select QUICK [By Customer] or QUICK [Prepaid]. Additional charges will be applied accordingly.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-3 days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
    - [Self-PickUp & QUICK Services] Large-Format Items will be notified separately. If order contains both large-format and other items outside of this category, 2 notifications (barcode scans) will be sent out.
