    If your design has text, the text will appear reversed on the back when the keyring is turned around.
    To fix this issue of seeing the text backwards on the back, we recommend printing a white layer on top of the first printed layer.
    Then, print another layer on top with the text in the correct orientation.

    Transparent acrylic standee will be produced with back printing method.

    ㅡ Cutting Size : Keyring hole is included in overall cutting size
    ㅡ Working Size : Includes the margin required for cutting purposes. An extra 2mm margin (all sides) is required based on cutting size.
    ㅡ Keyring Hole : Keyring Hole has to be at least 3mm in diameter with 2mm thick line.

    Make sure that the keyring hole is at least 3mm wide and the rim has a thickness of 2mm Please ensure that the keyring hole is of 2mm thickness regardless of positioning.
    Precaution_1

    We are using the highest quality printing techniques to manufacture these items. But even with the white layer printed, it’s unable to fully 100% cover the rear side.

    Please be aware that there may be 0.3mm shift during printing between the white and color printing.

    There may be slight banding on the printed surface due to the nature of the material.

    Acrylic Keyrings are produced and cut to shape from the starting until the ending point with a laser cutter.

    Part of the ink may crack and fall off when cutting is performed on the printed surface.

    You cannot create acrylic keying if the uploaded image is not linked together.
    You need to connect the fallen image to one so that it can be produced normally. Please keep this in mind.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    - Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
    - Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category), Custom Wall Clock(over 50,000 won for same product category), Flexible Pouches(Free Shipping)
    - Digital printing, large format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - If Express Service (Pay on Delivery) is selected for orders comprise of both digital printing and large format items, payment of express service will be charged twice. Large format items are produced and dispatch from a different location.
    - Bulky or large sized items cannot be shipped via Post Office delivery. Please use Freight delivery, Quick service or Pick-up at our location.
    - Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details
    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
    - Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
    - Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
