1.How To Order

Here at Red Printing, we provide POD (Print On Demand) and custom printing services.
High quality custom prints on paper, film, semi-finished or finished products are available through this service.

1) Basic ordering process

2) Reorder

Storing of saved orders are only available for some products and are stored for a period of time.
Reuploading of a file is not required. Do note that some printing/finishing options can be amended (Example: Print quantity)

2. Uploading Your File

There are two (2) methods to upload your design file. You can either use our Easy Order (Editor) or directly upload your PDF file.

3. Payment

Production will only begin after payment has been completed for the order.

Payment can be made via Paypal, NaverPay, KakaoPay, ChaiPay, SmilePay, Payco, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and ATM Deposit.

Return/Refund/Exchange requests must be lodged within 5 business days after receiving your parcel. Go to MyPage > Return/Refund or contact our Customer Center for assistance.

Refundable Non-Refundable
The item ordered differs from the item received. Shipping cost will also be refunded. The printed Item was produced according to the original file uploaded.
A refund or reprint can be requested when the product is unusable.
(Step 1 - Photo submission and review, Step 2 - Product examination.)
For us to bear the shipping fee, please note that the returning product must be
in the same condition as to which you received it to be eligible for a refund.

4. Production & Shipping

Red Printing does not send online proofs to customers before artwork files are sent to production.
Should there be errors with your uploaded file, our Customer Center will notify you via SMS to guide you on the necessary amendments.
We do not check for typo errors, design mistakes, color issues, overprinting, etc, this is the customers' responsibility.

1. Create PDF

Please refer to our guidelines on saving PDF files in various design programs (Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign).

2. PDF Processing

Once you have entered all the specifications in the order page, upload the PDF file, checkout and complete payment.

Create printing layer and other finishing layers separately before saving as PDF.

The above image is an example of how to save as PDF. Other programs may differ in method.

3.Create PDF Checkpoint!

After you have selected all the printing options for your order, you will need to upload your pdf file. Click on "PDF Only" to upload your file before checking out.

Cutting & Working Size

We require your PDF to be designed to the working size when placing your order.
Note: There could be a slight shift of 1-3mm on all sides during the cutting process. Please refer to the information below when creating your PDF file.

Working Size is the portion of your design that extends past the cutting size. Ensure your artwork is extended to meet the working size boundary.

Cutting Size represents the final dimensions of your printed item.

Safety Area is the area inside the cutting size. Any content outside of this area is in risk of being cut off!

It's essential to enter the Cutting Size manually on the order page. The working size is then automatically calculated.

Layer

Before saving as PDF, please make sure to have separate layers for artwork, cutting lines, finishing options (foil, Scodix, white printing etc).

White Printing

 A layer of white color will be printed beneath the color printing area for colors on the printed item to appear sharp and vivid.
This applies to non-white-based paper such as transparent paper/PET and Kraft board. Ensure to name this layer “White” before saving as a PDF in AI.

Shape Cutting

The magenta line above indicates the cutting line of the sticker.
This cutting line does not get printed, but is required to guide the cutting machine for laser cutting, shape cutting etc.
Do make sure to label the layer name as “Cutting” before saving as PDF in order for our system to recognize it as a cutting line of the product.

Kiss-Cut / Individual (Die-Cut) Stickers

With Kiss-cutting, the cut will be made on the surface of the sticker but does not fully penetrate the label’s backing material (liner).
A Die-Cut sticker will be cut to the exact shape of your design and through the backing of the sticker, like a cookie-cutter.
Most of our stickers are kiss-cut. Individual Stickers and Double Sided Window Stickers are examples of a Die-Cut.

Path / Anchor Point

There could be many points in the path for complicated cutting lines.
Please reduce the number of points in the path of your cutting line to avoid difficulties in printing.

1. Easy Order Editor

Import your image/design into the Editor, start creating and check the preview before completing your order, no other programs required.

Once you are done editing in the Editor, check Preview before submitting the design. Make a payment through our checkout page to complete the order for production.

Make sure to check all images are within the safety lines shown in Editor before completing the order.

Resolution

The image resolution should be at least 300dpi for a high-quality print output.
Files with lower image resolution will be automatically upscaled to 300dpi or higher. However, this will result in a mosaic-like, blurry appearance when looked at closely.
We strongly recommend uploading files with an original resolution of 300dpi and above for your printed item to look its best.

Front/Back of Page

Please note there may be multiple printed panels on some available products. Each of these panels must be assigned with an image to order the product successfully.
Even if you wish for a panel to remain blank or with a flat color, be sure to upload a white or coloured image.

Scodix is a print finish (similar to Spot UV) that adds a luxurious look and feel to
ordinary print runs. It is produced by printing a transparent raised ink on top of
an image or text after the printing and/or laminating process. The overall price
will vary based on the amount of area covered by Scodix. You can request a

We provide over 190 PAN sticker templates in multiple shapes
and sizes across three main template groups.
The background image is only customizable for PAN Stickers

Bundle / Individual Cutting (Sticker)

Bundle cutting refers to the strategic placement of shaped stickers onto an A5 or A4 sheet.
The material surface is effectively maximised by efficient sticker placement
to gain the most stickers from a single sheet.

Individual Cutting will cut the stickers into single pieces.

Pick-Up Customers can directly pick up their orders from our Pick-Up location
Pick-Up Hours: Weekdays from 930am to 7pm
Storage: Store up to 15 business days from available pick-up date (non-refundable)
Location: 7 min walk from Seongsu Station Exit 2 (go to “Contact Info” for address on homepage)
Delivery After production is completed, delivery will take approx. 1-2 business days. Delivery to Jeju Island will take approx. 2-4 business days.
Delivery companies may differ depending on situation
Large-sized products can only be delivered by freight delivery. Even if you selected “Standard Post Delivery” shipping fees will be automatically
calculated as Freight charges. (Basic freight fees: 10,000 won + additional charges (based on weight/volume/location)
Quick Service [DVER Quick - Prepaid] Once order is produced, the order will be picked up by DVER and customer will be contacted upon receiving parcel.
[Quick - By Customer] Customer has to contact Quick directly and have them receive the order item at our customer pick-up center.
   No shipping info will be shown.

DVER

- Delivers to Seoul / Gyeonggi / Incheon only.
- No additional surcharge required for bad weather.
(except for freight delivery - large format orders weighing over 1 tone)
- Real-time tracking is available.

Quick Service is an option available to customer.

Order number is required upon receiving the order parcel.
Overseas Shipping Select “Pick-Up” for EMS shipping (overseas) and send a 1:1 consultation inquiry via MyPage with the country destination and we will send you the estimated shipping fees. Delivery time may differ depending on destination.

- A partial refund of shipping fee may be processed once delivery method has been changed.
- If bank transfer or cash deposit was used, the refund will be credited back to the same bank
  account.
- For cash deposit refunds, please make sure to fill in the Refund Account section during
  checkout.

If shipping address is outside of these above 3 regions, the change will not be available.

Go to MyPage > Click on checkbox of the order # > Change Shipping
You will be able to view the delivery method and full shipping information for the selected order.

If additional shipping charges are incurred, please go to Login > MyPage > Additional Charges > Make payment

infoChanges cannot be made if:

- Another order number is to be combined with a bundled order.
- Orders has been cancelled/refunded.
- Order is already in the packaging phase.
- [DVER Quick] Other regions outside of Seoul/Gyeonggi/Incheon is entered.
- Request has been sent to 1:1 inquiry and changes has been made by our CS team.
- You would like to enter more than one shipping address. Multiple addresses per order is not available.
