    Stand Type : There will be an opening to insert the content of the pouch at the bottom. You would need to seal it with a heat pressed equipment (not provided by us).
                          If you selected Zipper finishing, you could open zipper and insert the desired content into pouch.

      You can opt for the basic LLDPE type (matte/glossy) for general packaging or for more protection, you can choose our LLDPE+VMPET (which has an alumium lining) to block out light, oxygen and moisture. Check out our Product Types.

    • Type - Stand

      Type - Stand

      This is a popular option whereby pouches can easily stand on its own. The bottom section will be opened for content to be added and needs to be sealed with a heat-pressed equipment (not provided by us). V-shaped Tear Notch will be applied to both side ends on every pouch.

      How To Use

      With its tight seals, the content in pouches can be stored for a long period of time without damaging. Great for brand packaging as well as corporate gifts. Punch hole and zipper finishings can be added. (Take note that orders with finishings can only be ordered in bulk)

    Material

    LLDPE(Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) is widely used to keep packaging products safe from the damaging effects of moisture.
    Similar to LDPE but LLPDE
    features higher tensile, flexibility, strength and improved heat-sealing qualities.

    • LLDPE (Glossy)

      LLDPE (Glossy) Glossy transparent material is combined with the lining of LLDPE (vinyl- polyethylene)

    • LLDPE (Matte)

      LLDPE (Matte) Regular vinyl (polyethylene) is used with a layer of matte coating added after printing.

    LLDPE(Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) is widely used to keep packaging products safe from the damaging effects of moisture.

    ※ VMPET
    Inner aluminum lining (silver) is added to these pouches to block out oxygen, moisture and light. Suitable for food items, clothing, beauty products etc.
    (Take note that 100% blockout of oxygen and light is not possible)

      Tear Notch A V-shaped notch will be applied at both sides of the pouch for easy tearing.

    • Punch Hole

      Punch Hole A 8mm hole will be punched at the top center of pouch, located 5mm above the tear notch and zipper.

    • Rounded Corner

      Rounded Corner All corners will be rounded.

    • Zipper

      Zipper Easy to zip up and store leftovers for later consumption.

    A print/cut shift of 1-2mm may occur during production.
    Uploaded images on screen may appear brighter than on actual output.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Goods exchange and refund is not applicable when
    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    - Standard shipping starts at 3,500 won (via Post Office Delivery, CJ Logistics). Depending on size, volume and product type, free shipping conditions or additional shipping charges may apply.
      ex) Large Format Items: [CJ Delivery] If total length & width is 1.5-1.6m, shipping fees will be 15,000 won. Above 1.7m will be from 30,000 won.
    - Entitled to Free Shipping: Digital Printing (over 30,000 won for same product category except items: Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Tumbler, Photo Tiles) / Large Format (over 100,000 won for same product category) / Frames (over 50,000 won for same product category) / Multi-shape Foambard (over 30,000 won for same product category), Custom Wall Clock(over 50,000 won for same product category), Flexible Pouches(Free Shipping), Tumbler (over 50,000 won for same product category), Napkin(Free Shipping)
    - Offset, Large Format, certain digital printing products (e.g Stools, Pet Stairs, Envelopes, Packaging, Air Holder, Diasec Acrylic Frames, Economy Posters, Paper Folders, Shopping Bags, Multi Shape Foamboards, Custom Wall Clock, Flexible Pouches , Tumbler, Photo Tiles, Napkin etc) and products with frames cannot be combined for shipping.
    - Quick Delivery: Shipping may be doubled for certain products (e.g. Large Format/Napkins) as dispatchment locations are different.
    - Additional shipping charges may incur depending on total weight and size of order. In a case where regular Post Delivery is not possible due to bulkiness, only Quick/Freight/Self Collection will be available.
    - Depending on the number of mount/stand that is ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. E.g. 1 flag banner mount will be packaged into 2 boxes (shipping fees charged twice)

    Delivery Details

    - Orders will be produced and shipped once payment is completed.
    - Additional charges may apply on rural area and oversea delivery.
    - Bundle shipment is possible for orders made on the same day, depending on products.(FAQ)
    - Apart from standard delivery services, user can select motorbike quick delivery service. Delivery fees varies according to product weight, size and distance as delivery might be made via car.
    - Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days (exclude public holiday), and shipping schedule might be different depending on shipping company during public holiday like Chuseok.
