Printing Paper
Refers to paper used for printing purposes.
For printing paper, printability characteristics such as ink absorbency, smoothness, brightness, opacity, surface strength, folding endurance, thickness, flatness, elasticity, etc. are all important factors.
There are various kind of paper types, among which the paper used for booklet printing includes classifications such as fine quality paper (art paper, etc.), medium quality paper, and low quality paper.
High quality paper with smoother and brighter surface is usually used for high quality booklets, certificates, etc.
Although paper types listed below are commonly used for offset printing, however it is also widely used for digital printing.
