If user did not create a separate layer for finishing order and sent files for printing, finishing option will not appear in the order ticket, thus, item will not be produced with finishing effect.
All print production will be processed according to order made on Red Printing’s website.
All finishing layer should be saved above the basic layer of ordered item.
Please notify us for single color printing (CMYK, alternative 100%), lines (over 0.5pt thick) or single sided printing.
Please ensure to create cutting lines for finishing such as Stitching, Creasing, Cutting, Kiss Cutting, Laser Cutting, etc. using vector lines (Photoshop line is not applicable).
Do make sure that all kiss-cutting, sewing (perforation), creasing lines etc are all in vector file format. (Photoshop lines and layers should not be used)
Sharp finishing lines / 0.5 thickness or more / Lines fundamental / color processing / layer names required
